HBL Grease Button Bush are manufactured as per ISO 6392 & GOST 14918-78 or GOST 24707-81. These bushes are heavy duty bush with a through hardened surface whose inner surface has small buttons or dimples or spiral grooves that act as grease reservoirs. These buttons/grooves hold extra grease inside the bush so lubricant stays at the pin–bush contact area even when the machine works in mud, dust, or water. This is specifically used in high load joints where they are exposed to contamination and stress. Application is mainly the Excavator & Heavy Construction Machinery working in heavy loads.
