HBL Knurling Bushes (Diamond Knurling Bushes) are used in Heavy digging shocks. These are manufactured as per ISO 13444:2012 & GOST 21474-75 standards. The side loads and vibration can make smooth bushes creep or spin in the housing which is prevented by Knurling in bore or outer as per the requirement of equipment. Knurling bushes increases the effective contact area and helps transfer load from bush to structure without fretting, reducing the risk of the bore getting oval or flogged out. Application is mainly in Construction machinery from Backhoe Loaders to Excavators & customised for low speed machinery operation.
